Terms and Conditions

Once you have chosen your program, please read these terms and conditions as your reservation is subject to them. This contract is accepted once Cusco Panoramic Expeditions E.I.R.L (trade name: Cusco Panoramic Expeditions) receives your approval from both parties, including the deposit/advance payment, confirmation of reservation from the company.

Reservations must be made at least one month in advance to ensure the best times and circuits and to avoid any inconveniences.

For security reasons, we only accept reservations made through our website or by clicking on our links within our website (subchannels).

To make a reservation with Cusco Panoramic Expeditions E.I.R.L (trade name: Cusco Panoramic Expeditions) you are asked for a 50% deposit, for which we use secure payment methods that are formally registered, the other 50% is paid upon arrival in the city of Cusco, which will also give you all your printed tickets once 100% paid.

In the case of tourist packages with a hostel and a 01,02 star hotel, a 50% advance payment is required.

In the case of tourist packages with a 03, 04 star hotel, the advance payment requested by the Hotel is 100%. Only the tourist package is 50%.

Once the full payment is made, the company will send you 100% confirmation of your tour package and payment to your email. This document is a guarantee for the client, who must review and reconfirm that everything is correct or if they have any observations and correct them, in order to have the approval of both parties.

Any modification will be made one week in advance, except for Machu Picchu, which is subject to penalty and/or loss of 100%; this will depend greatly on the availability of spaces at the time.

In the case of Machu Picchu, any modification will be made 15 days in advance, which will be subject to penalty and disposition, which if there is no availability to make the changes, 100% will be lost.

Finally, to reconfirm the reservation you must send the following information:

Full name, passport number, nationality, sex, age, please let us know if you have any allergies, ailments, illnesses, physical condition, food preferences, etc. or any other case that is not known to us.

If your tour package reservation includes a hotel/accommodation, it will be subject to availability. If the requested hotel is not available, the company will look for another one of similar category and cost, which will be confirmed to your personal email or other means that you authorize.

The company has the right to accept last minute reservations (48 hours) or to reject them. This right is given after prior evaluation at the time of the passenger/client’s arrival. In this situation, the company will express the conditions if it agrees to provide the service or if it is no longer possible.

Cancellations.

In the event of cancellation by the client, this must be notified in writing to Cusco Panoramic Expeditions E.I.R.L. Please note that the program deposit is not refundable. Such notification will only be considered if your letter or email was received, as we can only act if we receive such notification. Please state the reason for the cancellation.

If cancellation notice is received 45 or more days prior to tour departure, the client will be charged a penalty of 20% of the tour package. For notices received within 45 days of departure, cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellations received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or non-working holidays will not be considered as the day of cancellation of the program, it will be considered the first working day of the following week. We cannot give any allowance or refund for meals, rooms, tours, etc. not taken or consumed, when these are included in the tour price. No refund can be made for lost, misplaced or destroyed travel tickets. No refund will be made for cancelled or unused services.

These conditions are mutually agreed upon by both the client and/or company, as evidenced in the emails.
