Live an exciting ATV adventure through the high-Andean landscapes of Cusco, an experience that combines adrenaline, nature, and local culture. On this tour, you will explore the rural surroundings of the Sacred Valley, visit the Huaypo and Piuray lagoons surrounded by mountains and Andean communities, and discover the famous Maras Salt Mines.
07:00 AM – Pick-up from your hotel in Cusco.
Transfer to Cruzpata, where you will receive a brief driving instruction and all the necessary safety equipment for the ATV activity.
Start of the ATV tour (approximately 2 hours total), crossing rural roads of the Sacred Valley until reaching the Huaypo and Piuray lagoons, important high-Andean bodies of water surrounded by natural landscapes and farmlands.
Return by ATV to Cruzpata.
Transfer by tourist transportation to the Maras Salt Mines (Salineras), an impressive complex of over 3,000 salt ponds exploited since ancient times. The visit includes the Salt Museum and a tasting of local products such as chocolate with salt and seasoned Andean corn (cancha).
Return to Cusco by tourist transportation.
End of tour in the Historic Center of Cusco between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM.
